Samantha first started her journalism career in Casper, Wyoming as a Sports Reporter where she covered everything from 6-man football to the athletics at the University of Wyoming. After two years in Wyoming, Samantha then moved to Duluth, Minnesota to work as a Weekend Sports Anchor/Sports Reporter. Just after two months in Duluth, Samantha was promoted to weekday Morning and Noon Anchor.
Samantha was born and raised in Michigan and attended Michigan State University. She is die-hard Detroit sports fan as well as a Spartan fan, Go Green!
In Samantha's free time she loves to cook new recipes and even wants to come out with her own cookbook one day. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends and her 4-year-old Black Lab Leo, who she adopted in Wyoming.
