COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - An 11 News viewer reached out of they captured a mysterious object appearing to float over Colorado Springs on Sunday.

It is a kite. A really creepy kite. Yup. This is the whole article.
UPDATE:
After the video aired, the owner of the kite reached out to us! Johnathan explained it is an “octopus” kite that is about eight meters long. He just enjoys flying it after he picked up at a trade show not too long ago. No, it is not an experimental government aircraft. Please stop emailing us making that claim.
