COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The brother of a missing Colorado woman organized a huge search party to try and find his sister.

Suzanne Morphew went missing in Maysville near Salida on Mother’s Day of this year. Her house is near Highway 225. The Chaffee County Sheriff’s Department has been looking for Morphew as the investigation into her disappearance continues.

Morphew’s brother, Andy Moorman, and the group Profiling Evil raised funds and found volunteers to help search for Morphew this week.

The efforts started on Thursday, near Morphew’s home. Teams had four-wheelers, boats, dogs, and roughly 40 volunteers. About 25 people came from Morphew’s home state of Indiana. Many native Coloradans also came out.

The search is scheduled to last for five days.
