Wednesday Wind...

A High Wind Warning will remain in effect for many areas west of I-25, through tonight. The greatest threat for damaging wind will be for elevations above 9000 feet, where wind gusts could exceed 75 mph. The strongest gusts in Colorado Springs will be restricted to the west side, where speeds could reach 50-55mph.

At lower elevations along and immediately east of I-25, the wind will be less. However gusts over 45 mph will be possible, so it will still be a pretty wind day.

The gusty wind will likely remain an issue into tonight, especially for areas along and west of I-25.
