Light to moderate snow showers continue this Wednesday morning with cold temperatures to start the day. Roads are *very* icy and snow packed throughout southeast Colorado... so please allow extra time for the morning drive. Throughout the midday and afternoon, we'll keep the chance of some light, fine snow showers, but expecting minor accumulations through the day. Snow looks to finally push out this evening/overnight and our warm up begins. Head over to the "Weather' tab for a full look at the forecast.
A High Wind Warning remains in effect for El Paso and Teller Counties through 8am. The strongest wind gusts will be felt along and west of I-25, where winds could approach 60mph.
Use extra caution when driving to work this morning, especially if you are operating a high profile vehicle. Winds are expected to diminish by mid-morning.
