The Pikes Peak Region continues to see both light rain and snow, even a mix in some places so far in the early afternoon hours. Eventually this afternoon, the rain will change all into snow for the Pikes Peak region, while areas to the south and east start picking up on rain. By the overnight hours, all will be in the snow category. This looks to end by the early morning hours on Sunday. Patchy fog and flurries can be expected in El Paso County through mid-morning. Fog could be locally dense, especially over Northern El Paso County. Be prepared for these pockets of fog on your way to work or school this morning. Temps will be cold, too. While air temperatures will be in the teens, wind chills will be in the single digits. Thereafter, your Wednesday will be marked by a mix of clouds and sun with seasonably cool temps in the 30s and lower 40s.
