On and off light snow showers and flurries will continue throughout the afternoon. Snow showers will be most peristent south and southwest of Pueblo, where an additional trace to three inches will be possible (highest amounts near mountains). Farther north, an additional trace to half-inch will be possible over Teller and Far Northern El Paso Counties. No accumulation is anticipated for Colorado Springs or Pueblo.

Everyone will be impacted by the cold and wind. Temperatures will slowly fall throughout the day, into the teens and 20s by late afternoon. North winds will gust to between 30-40mph before gradually diminishing by late afternoon. The combination of cold and wind will restrict wind chills to the single digits and teens. Dress warm today!

Improving, but chilly weather prevails for Thursday, with much warmer weather on the way for the weekend.
