Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
A crash in the southbound lanes of I-25 just north of the Bijou exit has been cleared. A driver reportedly hyrdoplaned during a downpour in Colorado Springs Tuesday afternoon and hit a vehicle towing a horse trailer.
The horses were wrangled in the median until help arrived. Lanes in the area were closed for close to an hour and a half. The accident was cleared from the interstate around 8:16 pm. No word on whether anyone was cited. There are no reports of injuries at this time.
