Roads across the Colorado Springs are flooding due to the heavy rain Wednesday afternoon.

Roads across the Colorado Springs are flooding due to the heavy rain Wednesday afternoon.
11 News has received calls from viewers in several locations, including 8th Street in Colorado Springs and the area of South Chestnut and West Cucharras in Colorado Springs.
Heavy rain for several hours and lightning are to blame for the driving conditions. Drivers are advised to use extreme caution.

Parts of Romania have so much snow that it's up to the roofs of houses. As much as 13-16 feet in places, some complain they can't get to their firewood supply. A stretch of the Danube River is frozen as well. Shippers say they are losing millions.
