Colorado Springs police now confirm they have Neal Arceneaux, the suspect in the shooting near Union and Vickers, in custody. Officers tell us he was taken into custody on the 1400 block of Bates Drive Saturday morning around 9:00 a.m.

A man says he was mistaken for a gunman on the run in a Colorado Springs neighborhood. It happened Saturday night near Union and Tuckerman Drive. Police closed off streets after a man shot at officers.
