We will flow with our breath from posture to posture beginning with centering and warm-up, a standing flowing sequence to tone and strengthen followed by seated postures, and ending with deep relaxation. No experience necessary - gentle enough for beginners with variations for those who are more advanced. With an attitude of playful exploration, we will build more awareness, strength, and flexibility in our bodies and our minds. Drop-ins welcome, $5/session.

We will have live entertainment by Trinity Seely and the Flying W Wrangles, face painting, pony rides, roping demonstrations, the Gold Canyon Gunfighters, caricatures, stage coach rides and more. You’ll follow the fortunes of two women and a clown fleeing a corrupt court to seek new life in the great outdoors. Shakespeare’s great romantic comedy is a feast of language, song, and freedom featuring the fabulous Rosalind, the girl dressed like a boy who teaches the boy how to get the girl. No one does it better!

BLAZE OF GLORY with Kathleen Murray
Level: All
Occasionally you encounter a garden of massed blooms or a field of wild flowers that just takes you breath away. We will use acrylics to replicate this interaction of colors and shapes without actually painting each and every bloom. We will be calling down the sunshine to make our flowers sparkle. Reference pictures will be provided but you are encouraged to bring your own examples of heart stopping moments. Materials list on the web.
