The Wholistic Networking Community invites you to meet area practitioners and learn about wholistic wellness from 11-12:30 at the Mountain View United Methodist Church,1101 Rampart Range Rd., Woodland Park, CO 80863.

​"Wholistic" in our name includes all who pursue conscious living, a healthy lifestyle and desire a peaceful, natural world. ​

Our speaker for October 21 is Patricia J. Turner - "Back to the Earth" - Pati is the Founder and CFO of Tierra Sagrada, The Sacred Earth Foundation. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of indigenous cultures, their territories and their wisdom. She will be joining us to share in the magic of this wisdom. After nearly 20 years of working with indigenous elders, shamans and medicine people from around the globe, she has been given permission to share what she has been taught. This will be an experiential talk with ceremony and joyful oneness.

Boo at the Zoo

It’ll be all treats and no tricks for your little pirates and princesses at this year’s Boo at the Zoo, the region’s most unique Halloween event. Boo at the Zoo is a fun way for families with young children to trick-or-treat and enjoy Halloween festivities in a safe environment, and all of our candy is made with sustainable palm oil to help protect wild orangutans!

Last Comic Standing

America’s most compelling comedy competition, Last Comic Standing, takes to the road to showcase the winners and other outstanding comics from NBC’s Emmy Award-nominated series.
The lively laugh fest searches for the funniest comic in the country with the top 100 comics in America competing for the top 20 spots. These 20 comics compete in a semifinal round, and as the best of the best emerges, the top 10 move into the compelling challenge rounds. In this phase, they compete in different comedy disciplines – sketch, improv and stand-up – to prove themselves individually and in teams. Then the funniest of all will take the coveted title of “Last Comic Standing,” winning a prize package that includes an NBC talent deal and a half-hour scripted project to be developed by Universal Television, plus the top spot on this LIVE tour stopping at the Pikes Peak Center on Oct. 21.
