TITLE: Reporter/Producer
REPORTS TO: News Director
DEPARTMENT: News
GENERAL PURPOSE:
KKTV 11 News is looking for a reporter/producer to shoot, edit, report and produce newscasts. This position requires solid reporting on all types of daily news stories with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Must be able to work efficiently alone in the field while reporting, and lead a team in the newsroom while producing. The position also requires the ability to cover breaking news. Must contribute content daily to KKTV.COM and other associated digital products. Position requires a clean driving record, proof of insurability and a valid driver’s license. Applicable college degree and 2 years experience at a broadcast station preferred. No phone calls please.
