During his time in South Texas, Patrick covered a wide array of sports, border news, and even developed a segment called “Pat Can Do That." The feature segment provided him with the opportunity to play basketball with the Harlem Globetrotters, hit baseballs with Jose Canseco, and even take part in a rap music video for the Laredo Independent School District.
Covering both news and sports in his last job, he is excited for the opportunity to work alongside a great group of storytellers who make up the 11 News Team. The beautiful scenery and outdoor lifestyle of Southern Colorado is something that has attracted him to the Colorado Springs area for quite some time.
Outside of the newsroom, Patrick spends time catching up with his friends and family who live all over the country. A San Diego native, he is a lifelong Padres and Chargers fan, and always keeps an eye on his Wazzu Cougars. Having always lived in the big city, Patrick looks forward to getting involved in the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer. Patrick is thrilled to be in Colorado Springs and to be “on your side” working at KKTV 11 News.
