She joined the KKTV 11 News team in April of 2012 and since then has covered some of the most important stories in the state including the Waldo Canyon fire, the Aurora theater shooting and the presidential election. Dianne's interview with President Obama gained national attention. She comes to Colorado Springs from Greenville, South Carolina where she was an investigative and consumer reporter for five years. Prior to that Dianne was a Crime and Safety reporter in Savannah, Georgia, where she began her career.
Dianne has been recognized by the Colorado Broadcasters Association, the South Carolina Associated Press and the South Carolina Broadcasters Association.
Dianne is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and earned two Master's degrees from her home state; one from The Florida State University in Higher Education and one from the University of Miami in Communications. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
Dianne is proud to now call Colorado home and enjoys exercising, hiking, skiing and exploring the outdoors with her husband.
