GUNNISON, Colo. - CSU-Pueblo got back to its winning ways Saturday by downing Western State in three sets, 25-18, 25-14, 25-21.
The Pack hit .216 on the night as middle blocker Brianna Bryant (Sr., Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) and Morgan Wilkening (So., Fleming, Colo.) led the ThunderWolves with nine kills. Bryant also added four blocks to the cause.
Western State, meanwhile, hit just .076 against the Pack, committing a total of 33 errors on the night, continually giving the Pack an advantage.
With the win, CSU-Pueblo improves to 6-7 overall and 3-1 in RMAC play. It will return home to take on New Mexico Highlands Tuesday night.
