Tulo homers twice in Rockies win over the Angels in Cactus League

The Colorado Rockies (4-6) beat the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (3-4) at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, 7-2…Troy Tulowitzki put the Rockies on the board with a solo home run in the first inning…Michael McKenry hit a solo home run in the second inning on a 3-2 pitch…after the Angels scored in the top of the third, the Rox added runs via Tim Wheeler’s RBI double and a two-run home run from Tulowitzki, his second home run of the day…Josh Rutledge hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning…the Angels got a solo home run in the sixth to cement the final score…winning pitcher Jorge De La Rosa threw three innings (3 h, 1 r/er, 1 bb, 2 so)… LaTroy Hawkins, Rex Brothers, Pedro Hernandez and Greg Burke each threw one scoreless inning…the Rockies host the Oakland Athletics tomorrow at 1:10 pm.
