Looks like former Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow will be playing for the Patriots.

ESPN is reporting the patriots are signing Tebow to a contract and the team expects him to be at minicamp tomorrow.

This move comes on the heels of a Yahoo! story that claimed Patriots coach Bill Belichick reportedly hated Tebow as a player. Belichick later denied that claim, telling ESPN Boston that it was "unfortunate that something so inaccurate was reported."

On Monday the team also announced the release of QB Mike Kafka, leaving room for Belichick to put Tebow in as a backup quarterback to Tom Brady and current backup, Josh Mallet.

CBS sources think Tebow is more likely to play tight end, possibly even third or fourth string.
