The Colorado Rockies have announced that Jorge De La Rosa will be the team's starting pitcher on opening day.
De La Rosa tied a career high in 2013 with 16 wins and also set a career-low mark with 3.49 ERA.
De La Rosa is the Rockies all-time franchise leader in win percentage at .618 with a 55-34 career mark. His 55 wins is fifth-most in club history.
The Rockies open the season on March 31 with the first of a four game road series against the Miami Marlins.
