The Denver Nuggets are off to a GQ start at the Samsung Summer League in Las Vegas.

G for Gary Harris. Q for Quincy Miller.

They were a two-man wrecking crew Saturday against the Toronto Raptors.

Miller, a talented 21-year-old with two years of NBA experience, hit five 3-pointers and finished with 23 points, while the rookie Harris scored 33 points to lead the Nuggets to a 110-82 victory at Cox Pavilion on the UNLV campus.

The two combined for 25 points in the first quarter – nine more than the entire Raptors team.

Erick Green, Denver’s second-round pick in 2013, finished with 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists. Green, Harris and Miller combined to hit 11 of 19 3-pointers.

The Nuggets gained separation early, using a 16-0 run to build a 32-15 lead after the first quarter. The advantage ballooned to as many as 28 in the second quarter, and Toronto never got closer than nine after halftime.

Denver did a nice job defensively, forcing 19 turnovers. Miller also finished with four blocked shots, and Chris Wright added three steals to go with six points and seven assists.

The Nuggets continue their summer league schedule Sunday against the Chicago Bulls. Each team plays three games before being seeded for a single-elimination tournament that starts Wednesday.
