CSU-Pueblo Women's Golf: Pack nets second straight tournament win

SPEARFISH, S.D. (GoThunderWolves.com - Sept. 17, 2013) - Led by another individual tournament championship by Leina Kim (So., Saipan, CNMI), CSU-Pueblo won its second straight tournament Tuesday, besting Colorado Mesa by 34 strokes.
Kim shot 6-over-par to lead the field, winning by a comfortable seven strokes on the par-71 course at the Spearfish Canyon Country Club. She led a quartet of ThunderWolves that finished in the top ten - Michaela Breit (Sr., Greeley, Colo.) finished third at 14-over-par, including a second-round 73, Domi Dinallo (Sr., Elephant Butte, N.M.) was fourth at 15-over-par, and Julie Sanchez (Jr., Pueblo, Colo.) weighed in at eighth at 20-over-par.
With the victory, CSU-Pueblo has now won six of the past seven RMAC tournaments, dating back to 2012.
Next week, CSU-Pueblo will take part in the Western New Mexico Fall Intercollegiate in Phoenix.
