COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - CSU-Pueblo quarterback Ross Dausin (Sr., San Antonio, Texas) has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the RMAC announced Monday.
Dausin set numerous school records in the Pack's 45-13 win over Black Hills State Saturday, breaking school marks in passing yardage (390), completions (26) and total offense (398). He also threw four touchdown passes, the second-most touchdown passes in a game in school history.
This season, he is leading the RMAC in passer rating and is ranked 5th in the nation in that category. He owns every CSU-Pueblo career passing record except for career passer rating, which is currently held by CSU-Pueblo head coach John Wristen.
Dausin and the number-one-ranked ThunderWolves travel to Grand Junction this weekend to take on Colorado Mesa as the Pack makes a bid to go 9-0 and move even closer to an RMAC championship.
