CC Hoops improves to 5-0 on the season

COLORADO SPRINGS – Junior Chris Lesnansky and freshman Mitch Carter combined for 33 points on Wednesday night, fueling Colorado College to a 71-56 victory over Johnson & Wales University at CC's Reid Gym.

Lesnansky led both teams with 19 points and 12 rebounds while helping the NCAA Division III Tigers improve to 5-0 for the season. Carter pulled down 10 rebound to go with his 14 points.

The NAIA Wildcats dropped to 2-10 despite 14 points from Michael Mitchell.

CC, which resumes action at the University of Northern Colorado on Dec. 10, also got 12 points from Justin Berardino and 11 from Ryan Milne.
