ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Monday signed rookie quarterback Zac Dysert, who was selected by the club in the seventh round (234th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft.
Dysert (6-foot-3, 231 pounds) played 46 career games (43 starts) for Miami (Ohio) as a three-year team captain and finished his career as the school’s all-time leading passer after completing 1,066-of-1,672 passes (63.85) for 12,013 yards with 73 touchdowns and 51 interceptions.
A graduate of Ada (Ohio) High School, Dysert was born on Feb. 8, 1990.
