Broncos Designate Justin Boren as Waived/Injured

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Wednesday designated guard Justin Boren as waived/injured, it was announced.
Boren (6-2, 315 pounds) is a second-year player who signed with the Broncos on Jan. 15, after competing on practice squads the last two years with Baltimore (2011) and Detroit (2012). He entered the NFL with the Ravens as a college free agent on July 28, 2011.
He started 40-of-44 games played during his collegiate career at the University of Michigan (2006-07) and Ohio State University (2009-10), becoming just the third individual in history to play football for both teams in the Buckeyes-Wolverines rivalry.
A graduate of Pickerington North (Ohio) High School, Boren was born on April 28, 1988.
