Broncos Sign S Blake Gideon To Future Contract

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Denver Broncos on Thursday signed safety Blake Gideon to a future contract, it was announced.
Gideon is the eighth player to sign a future contract with the club this year.
Gideon (6-foot-1, 205 pounds) spent the majority of his rookie season on Denver’s practice squad in 2012, after signing with Arizona as a college free agent from the University of Texas.
A 52-game starter for the Longhorns, Gideon attended Leander (Texas) High School and was born on July 25, 1989.
