Updated: 10/11/2013 - I'm SO CLOSE to being able to do a pull-up. So my trainer introduced something new into my training.
The Denver Broncos on Monday released long snapper Lonie Paxton and waived 11 other players in addition to placing defensive end Jason Hunter on injured reserve, it was announced.
Denver’s active roster currently stands at 75 players. The Broncos must cut their roster to the regular-season limit of 53 players by 7 p.m. MDT on Friday, Aug. 31.
