DENVER – In partnership with Inside Lacrosse Magazine, the Denver Outlaws announced today that the Whitman’s® Sampler® Mile High Classic will return to Sports Authority Field at Mile High on Saturday, March 16, 2013 as tickets to the second annual Mile High Classic will be included in 2013 Outlaws season ticket packages.
In 2012, a passionate crowd of 12,282 gathered at Sports Authority Field at Mile High for the first ever Whitman’s® Sampler® Mile High Classic. The historic doubleheader (Duke vs. Denver and Virginia vs. Penn) helped cement Colorado’s reputation as the sport’s No. 1 emerging market. The second edition promises more excitement with a lineup featuring the reigning national champions and top contenders for the 2013 title.

2013 Whitman’s® Sampler® Mile High Classic (with Inside Lacrosse pre-season team rankings):
Game 1 – No. 1 Loyola vs. Air Force (4 p.m.)
Game 2 – No. 3 Notre Dame vs. No. 10 Denver (6:30 p.m.)
Tickets for the second annual Mile High Classic will go on sale Monday, December 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. MST. All seating locations at Sports Authority Field at Mile High will be reserved, as fans are urged to make their plans early to secure the best seats and to be part of the action.
Ticket prices for the 2013 Whitman’s® Sampler® Mile High Classic are: $40 for The Corral (on-field seating); $35 for Premium Midfield; $25 for Sideline Reserved; and $18 for Back of the Cage seating. Groups of 10 or more can purchase Sideline Reserved seats for $20 while groups of 100 or more can buy tickets for only $15. Parking can be purchased on game day for $10. A limited number of field boxes, with seating for a minimum of 10 people, are also available starting at $500.
