Colorado's Josh Fogg will start against the Dodgers' Brad Penny when the Rockies host Los Angeles for Game 3 of their series at Coors Field.
The Rox already lead the series 2-to-0 after winning both games of a doubleheader yesterday.
Colorado was down to its last strike last night when Todd Helton hit a two-run homer off closer Takashi Saito in the bottom of the ninth to give Colorado a 9-8 victory.
That came a few hours after the Rockies won the opener 3-1 behind Jeff Francis, who struck out a career-high ten batters in his 16th win.
The doubleheader was to make up for a rainout July 27th in Denver.
The Dodgers and the Rockies are now both four-and-a-half games behind San Diego in the NL wild-card chase.
