Matt Holliday singled, homered and drove in two runs and the Colorado Rockies beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-3. The loss keeps the Diamondbacks one percentage point back of San Diego in the NL West.
Josh Fogg pitched six solid innings for the Rockies, who've won three of four. The Rockies are witin five games of San Diego and Arizona in the NL West and the wild-card race. Fogg is 8-and-9.
The Rockies dropped Arizona ace Brandon Webb to 14-and-10. He struggled for the second straight start for Arizona, allowing four runs and five hits over seven innings. The defending Cy Young Award winner struck out seven.
Tony Clark was 2-for-4 with an RBI triple for the Diamondbacks, who've lost five of seven and nine of 14.
