Broncos offensive tackle Ryan Harris will be out four to six weeks after undergoing back surgery.
The Denver Post in its online edition late Thursday night reports Harris underwent a laminectomy procedure to alleviate pinched nerves from the spinal cord.
Harris is a rookie out of Notre Dame. He had been projected to be a first-round draft pick until he underwent back surgery in July 2006 to repair a herniated disc. The Broncos drafted Harris this year in the third-round.
During minicamp, Harris began suffering back pain in an area unrelated to his previous surgery.
