Rockies 6, Brewers 2

DENVER (AP) -- Brad Hawpe and Matt Holliday homered to help the Colorado Rockies beat the Milwaukee Brewers 6-2. The slumping Brewers have lost 10 of their last 14 games but still lead the NL Central by one game over the Chicago Cubs.

The Rockies scored four runs off Claudio Vargas in the first inning. Vargas falls to 9-and-4.

Josh Fogg went seven innings for the Rockies for the win. He's 6-and-7.
