MIAMI (AP) -- Fading fast in the playoff race, the Florida Marlins will try to turn things around tonight against the Colorado Rockies.

Last night, Aaron Cook allowed five hits in seven and two-thirds innings to win his third start in a row, as the Rockies beat the Marlins, 6-3.

The Marlins have lost seven of eight, while Colorado has won three in a row.

Rockies right-hander Josh Fogg will start on the mound tonight against former Rockies righty Byung-Hyun Kim (bun-yung kim).

Florida is ten-and-a-half games back in the National League East Division.
