Team turns out for minor league coach's funeral

San Antonio, TX – The Tulsa Drillers minor league baseball team attended a funeral Monday for a batting coach in the Colorado Rockies organization.

Mike Coolbaugh, 35, died July 22 in Little Rock after being struck in the head by a line drive.

Police Sergeant Terry Kuykendall says Coolbaugh was still alive when he was put in the ambulance. He says Coolbaugh stopped breathing as the ambulance arrived at the hospital

Coolbaugh joined the Drillers, the Rockies' AA team, on July 3.

Coolbaugh played minor league baseball in Milwaukee and St. Louis. His wife Amanda is pregnant with their third child.
