Rockies 10, Padres 2

DENVER (AP) -- Matt Holliday homered, doubled twice and tied a career-high with four hits as the Colorado Rockies pummeled the San Diego Padres 10-to-2.

Ryan Spilborghs (SPHIL'-borgz) homered and drove in three runs and Garrett Atkins had three hits and three r-b-i's to support Aaron Cook's second complete game of the season.

Cook improved to 7-and-6 allowing seven hits. He needed just 74 pitches to win his second straight start.

Justin Germano fell to 6-and-5 giving up six runs and seven hits in five innings. He's lost five of his last six decisions.
