Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
DENVER (AP) -- Jason Hirsh is on the mound for the red-hot Colorado Rockies tonight at Toronto as they embark on a ten-game trip that includes stops at Wrigley Field in Chicago and Minute Maid Park in Houston.
The Rockies are a major league-best 20-and-7 since May 22nd, which coincides with the return of second baseman Kaz Matsui and relief pitcher LaTroy Hawkins from the disabled list.
Colorado is coming off an impressive three-game sweep of the New York Yankes in a series that drew 145-thousand-128 fans, just about 1,000 shy of the stadium record for a three-game series.
Right-hander Josh Towers will get the start for the Blue Jays. First pitch is at 5:07 Mountain Time.
