CC Tiger gets ready for NHL draft

COLORADO SPRINGS - Colorado College left wing Bill Sweatt has emerged as the top NCAA prospect
eligible for the National Hockey League¹s 2007 entry draft to be held later
this month, according to Hockey¹s Future, an online magazine focusing on the
sport¹s professional hopefuls.

Sweatt, one of five WCHA players listed among the Top 20 collegiate
prospects, collected 26 points (9g,17a) in 30 games as a freshman at CC in
2006-07. He finished third on the team in scoring. Midway through the
season, he also helped the United States win a bronze medal at the 2007 IIHF
Junior World Championships in Sweden.

This year's Hockey's Future list
is comprised of 12 forwards,
seven defensemen and one goaltender. The 20 players ranked represent 16
schools in four conferences. The University of Minnesota and the University
of Notre Dame each have more than one player in the Top 20.
