VAIL (AP) - Tour de France champion Floyd Landis rode in a mountain bike race in Vail Saturday.

In the next month or so, an arbitration panel will decide whether Landis was guilty of doping at last year's Tour de France.

This weekend, he is competing in the Teva Mountain Games.

Saturday he finished an unofficial 49th, nearly 25 minutes behind the first-place finisher in a two-hour grind through the mountains.

Landis will compete in a time trial Sunday.
