Cheyenne Mountain nabs 5 individual titles in 4A girls tennis

PUEBLO, Colo. (AP) -- Cheyenne Mountain wrapped up its 13th 4A state girls tennis title in school history today in Pueblo, and its first title since 2000.

Cheyenne Mountain won five individual titles today, led by Casey Wetzig, who defeated Mattison Sperry 6-0, 6-0 to win at Number One singles.

Cheyenne Mountain advanced six of seven brackets into the finals and already clinched the team title yesterday.

The Indians finished with 83 points, followed by Greeley West with 49 and Niwot at 35.
