Rockies Shooting For Record 12th Straight Victory

The Colorado Rockies open a three-game homestand against Tampa Bay tonight.

The Rockies have won 11 straight games and have a 31-32 record. A win on Tuesday night would set a franchise record with 12 consecutive victories.

The last time they won 11 straight was September 2007 when their late-season surge helped them win the NL wild card. Colorado then won seven straight playoff games before being swept by Boston in the World Series.
