Fountain Valley's Rayhill Sets Colorado Record

Wrendy Rayhill a senior at Fountain Valley School has broken the Colorado state high school record for career goals in girls soccer.

Last week in a 10-0 win over Colorado Springs School, Rayhill
scored twice, bringing her career total to 102.

The previous record holder was Carisa Bradford of Lewis-Palmer High School,who scored 100 from 1992-95.

These statistics are based on the best-known accomplishments compiled by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America: The NSCAA’s statistics combine records from all divisions, so Wrendy’s accomplishment represents everything from 1A to 5A.
