Rusell Martin matched a career high with four RBIs to help James McDonald earn his first major league win, and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Colorado Rockies 6-5 on Saturday night.
Martin, who was rested Friday, had two singles, and Orlando Hudson doubled to extend his hitting streak to a career-high 11 games for the Dodgers.
McDonald (1-1) gave up five runs and four hits, but walked four in five innings to win in his third start.
Ramon Troncoso threw three scoreless innings of relief, allowing one hit to pick up his first major league save.
Los Angeles roughed up Ubaldo Jimenez (1-3) for the second time in a week. Jimenez gave up six runs and eight hits in four innings.
