Paul Stastny is expected to be in the lineup Tuesday night at Atlanta after the Colorado Avalanche activated their young star from the injured reserve list.
Stastny missed 26 games after breaking a bone in his right forearm when Olli Jokinen's slap shot hit him in a Dec. 23 game against Phoenix.
At the time of his injury, the 23-year-old center was leading the team in scoring with 10 goals and 21 assists in 34 games.
Stastny was cleared after a Monday practice in which he skated on a line with Milan Hejduk and Cody McLeod.
