CU Lacks Team Support

Colorado did better this season, but still wound up last in the Big 12 Conference when it comes to attendance.

In all, more than 77-thousand fans showed up in Boulder for 15 home games -- an average of five-thousand-160 (5,160) per contest.

Last year, the Buffs drew only 42-hundred fans per game.

Every other Big 12 team averaged more than six-thousand fans per game this season. But that's only happened five times at Colorado's Coors Events Center, and not since the 2002-2003 season.

CU would've finished last in overall attendance, except that Baylor didn't play a nonconference schedule because of N-C-A-A sanctions.
