Former CU Football Players Due In Court On Armed Robbery Charges

Two former University of Colorado football players are due in court Monday to be advised of charges stemming from an armed robbery at a home in Boulder.

Twenty-three-year-olds Bernard Jackson and Lionel Harris were being held over the weekend on bail of $250,000 on suspicion of first-degree burglary, aggravated robbery and felony menacing.

The robbery happened June 5.

It's unclear why police arrested the two, since court records in the case are sealed.

Police say more arrests are possible as the investigation continues. They say the alleged victims didn't appear to have been chosen randomly.
