Kaz Matsui hit an eighth-inning two-run single against his former team to help the Houston Astros beat Colorado 6-4.
Hunter Pence led off the eighth with a single and Mark Loretta walked against reliever Brian Fuentes, who allowed a run for the first time in 10 appearances this season. Both runners moved up on an infield out to set up Matsui's hit.
Miguel Tejada capped the rally with an RBI double and the Astros snapped a three-game losing streak.
Wesley Wright is 2-and-0 after working the eighth inning and Jose Valverde picked up his second save.
Brad Hawpe had three hits for the Rockies, who had a four-game winning streak snapped.
