A source familiar with the negotiations between Jason Elam and the Atlanta Falcons says the team has come to terms with the record-setting kicker.

Elam leaves Denver after spending 15 seasons there. The NFL Network is reporting that the 37-year old kicker gets a four-year, nine million dollar contract with Atlanta.

Elam has reached 100 points in each of his 15 NFL seasons. He's fifth on the career list with 395 field goals and sixth in points with a thousand-786. Elam kicked a 63-yard field goal in 1993, tying Tom Dempsey's mark for the longest in league history.
