Rockies and Sky Sox Extend Partnership

The Colorado Rockies have extended their player development agreement with the Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox through 2010.

The two-year extension was announced Wednesday.

The Sky Sox have been the Rockies' Triple-A affiliate since Denver entered the major leagues in 1993.

Of the 25 players on the Rockies' World Series roster in October, 22 had played in Colorado Springs
