There's no comment from the Denver Broncos following the weekend arrest of defensive tackle Marcus Thomas in Florida.

Police in Clay County, Florida say Thomas was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over early Saturday.

Officers found cocaine inside the vehicle, and when neither Thomas nor the driver admitted the cocaine was his, both were arrested.

Thomas' agent, Richard Burnoski, says Thomas had been drinking at a party, so he accepted a ride from an acquaintance. Burnoski says Thomas had no idea there was cocaine in the vehicle.

Burnoski says Thomas took a drug test, which came back negative.

Thomas was the Broncos' fourth-round draft choice in 2007. He was dismissed from Florida's national championship team in 2006 after testing positive several times for marijuana.
