Shaun Carney will have surgery in late February or early March to repair his injured knee. The AFA quarterback tore his ACL, MCL and PCL in the third quarter of the Armed Forces Bowl vs. Cal.
Currently, Carney is getting around campus with the help of crutches or a wheel chair. He says the snow and ice have made it difficult to make it to class on time.
Doctors have told Carney the healing process will take about one year. However, he is expected to be able to walk in June for his wedding.
